After many years working in industry has brought ups and downs as proper, long relationships tend to do. Yet, it is phenomenal to wake up at mornings, drink your coffee with thoughts like how cool stuff I’m ought to draw today, great clients to bond with, nice surroundings to work in, but also, inspirational people to have as a co-workers.
Today we arrived in our studio, and found amazing oil paintings on our office desk: It is a anniversary of our very gifted apprentice Paula. She had painted portraits of us all three tattooers, who had guided her on her way to become a tattooer.
Full respect from our whole studio, congratulations! It’s been quite a year: It has been a lot of long hours, unbuilding coil machines, endless amount of briefing and consulting with designs, cleaning, learning aseptics and hygiene, tattoo history, learning to work with clients, economics and so on. Just to mention few aspects. But it certainly pays the dues to have a bright attitude, good (bad) sense of humor and true to yourself. We’re about to have brand new full time tattooer sooner or later.
All the good things takes time, just like tattooing, and SPECIALLY learning to tattoo. It is like charging the battery: More time you spend loading it, more you gain value in it. Tattooing is not business for us, it is a passion. Fresh energies, pure motives, thinking outside the box and creativity are our values, and together we amplify those powers to move more freely.
We are certainly happy to have you in our collective Paula, as you bring your own impact to our synergy.
